This company should be a model for how consumer contractors work. They exceeded my expectations from the initial call. (Alecia is fantastic!). An estimate was provided over the phone, a more specific quote onsite before the work began, and no surprise up selling.

I had multiple jobs inside with high ceilings, in the garage, and outside. The right guys for the job arrived, and they went above and beyond on the details. Prices were very fair for the quality. I will definitely save their number and call them for my next electrical project. This was the best experience that I have had with an established contractor company.

GREAT COMPANY, GREAT Technician! The experience with this company was fantastic from setting the appointment to having them text and call me when the technician was on his way to the SERVICE performed.

Even when plans changed a little from what we needed to do, the work was done right. COLIN K was excellent and a pleasure to work with on the items I needed done. Will call/recommend them for any electrical jobs needed.

The in-home estimate was the key. They came in and saw what work needed to be done, gave me a fair price. And after the work was done, it was below estimate. Fantastic.

I’ve had nothing but great experiences with this company. I have used them for services ranging from large commercial buildings to my home. I would never use another vendor. 

These guys did a great job mounting our tv today. We have an older home and a thick brick fire place that made their jobs difficult today, especially with a tiny attic space. We also had no cable boxes or any wiring on this wall, but they may it happen! Highly recommend this company and we will be using them again in the future!

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this company deserves it! Our technician, Zachary, was so friendly and knowledgeable. He didn’t even mind when our 5 year old asked him a ton of questions while he was trying to work. :)Overall this company was trustworthy, honest, and had fair pricing. We have found our go-to electrician! I highly recommend them!

JSR did a wonderful job installing new electrical lines for my kitchen appliances. They were professional and on-time with my appointment and gave me a cost break down of everything that they would need to do beforehand so there were no surprises when the bill came. They also were very fair on the price and I felt I received excellent value from their service. These guys did a great job and plan to use them again for my other electrical repairs. Top notch service and at a great price. 

JSR was so quick in responding to my inquiry on Yelp and set up a time to come to my house within the week at a convenient time. Zachary came and wrote up the estimate and then did the work quickly and efficiently. Everyone I dealt with at JSR was great. I’m going to call them for all of my electrical needs!

JSR Electrical gave me the most honest review of the work that needed to be done without adding any extra things I didn’t need. Their price beat all the other bids I had and the work went very smoothly. They even helped me with the city inspection afterwards at no additional charge. I would use them again if I ever needed any electrical work done. 

I love dealing with companies that are truly professional. JSR is one of those companies. You cannot go wrong with selecting them for your electrical needs.

Outstanding communications, quick responses on questions and old-school courtesy abound at JSR. The work was discussed thoroughly with my electrician and he helped me realize I didn’t need to do unnecessary replacement on several fixtures. The team at JSR scoped the work Thursday and actually did research for my project over the weekend, sourcing fixtures that fit my needs perfectly.

The electricians explained lighting choices, savings realized over time and recommended products based on personal experience. This type of candor is almost unheard of these days. Work was completed in-full on the following Monday. Everything looks beautiful and they cleaned their work spotlessly. I will be using JSR for all of my future lighting and electrical projects. We cannot say enough good things about this company and their employees.

BEST ELECTRICIANS EVER!!! “These guys are amazing!! They showed up to our house early, gave us a quote, and had everything they needed to get started once they walked us through the quote. We just had some remodeling done in our home and had quite a bit of interior and exterior lighting that needed to be hung! They started right in time at 2pm and were here until past 10pm on a Saturday due to some complications from shoddy work done by our contractor.

We had to send them home because they refused to leave before the work was completed (So rare in today’s world)!! Two days later after the contractor repaired the mess he had left for the electricians at JSR, they came right back and finished the job!! I have found our electricians for life, and they’re based right here in Grapevine!! If you’re looking for quality, honesty, and good clean work, look no further!! THESE GUYS WERE ABSOLUTELY AWESOME!”

They were on time, professional and courteous. They don’t charge for the service call but it was $140 for diagnostics and troubleshooting. They took apart all the outlets, checked the connections, checked the breaker and ensured everything was tight. Luckily it wasn’t the breaker and was just a heating coil on a water dispenser plugged in the dinette that caused the shortage. Just turned off the hot water and everything was good. They put everything back together and cleaned up.
